Vodacom launches festive season campaign

VODACOM Tanzania has launched its festive season campaign called ‘Show Love, Tule Shangwe’ aiming at offering its customers a chance to win different prizes including TV sets, smartphones, and cash.

Vodacom Tanzania Director of Consumer Business Unit Ms Linda Riwa said, “During this period, many people celebrate by gathering together with family, buying and giving presents and travelling upcountry.

We at Vodacom want to support our clients in celebrating this season by using our services. Customers will need to use services such as buying bundles for friends or relatives or sharing bundles, using M-Pesa for purchases or transfers, playing ‘Tikisa Ushinde’ or registering for POA TV,” added Linda.

To enhance the spirit of togetherness, this time around, they will get to win and share all these exciting prizes with their loved ones.

Vodacom Tanzania Managing Director, Sitholizwe Mdlalose said, “I am excited to announce the launch of Vodacom festive campaign- Show love tule shangwe.

We promised that ‘Yajayo yanafurahisha’ and today, through this launch we validate Vodacom’s brand positioning of ‘Pamoja Tunaweza’ which emphasises how collaboration between the human spirit and innovation can achieve great things.”

The six-week long campaign will feature the appearance of a unique character dubbed ‘Masta Shangwe’ - who will make surprise appearances across the country to reward Vodacom customers with exciting instant gifts.
